Girl's conference track

At the conference meet the girls finished 11th out of 16. Top places were Megan Crawford 2nd in the long jump, the shuttle hurdle team of Megan C, Kelsie Lyon, Kallie Kressin and Renee Choquette also got 2nd. Kallie also got 5th in the 400 hurdles and 6th in the 100 hurdles; Breea Bockelmann tied for 8th in the 100 meter dash. Many other events, races had good performances as well. The athletes had fun and supported each other. The represented Westwood very well. Naomi Greder was 9th in the discus. The 4 x 200 team finished 9th while the 4 x 800 team came in 10th. We were 11th in the 4 x 100, 4 x 400 and Renee Choquette in the 100 and 400 meter hurdles. Breea Bockelmann was 12th in the 200 as well as the Distance medley team and our sprint medley finished 13th. They will finish out their season with the Rebel Relays followed by districts at Hinton.
